How to download assets

You can download assets from the Asset Library page; from the asset details screen; or from your Collections area. Please note, you will only be able to search our Asset Library and download assets if you have registered with us. 

From the Asset Library page and Collections area simply hover over the asset and click the download icon at the bottom of the asset. The download button is also on the asset details screen. 

To download multiple assets, select the assets individually, or select all, and click download on the banner at the bottom of the screen.  

After you’ve pressed download, you need to choose the most appropriately-sized media for your project. You cannot change your media size/format selection after an order has been submitted. 

Fill in the usage details field, agree to the terms and conditions then select download. Your assets will download in a zip folder which also contains a pdf with your order details. Please check this document carefully as it will contain details of any mandatory credits that must be used alongside the assets.

NB: we have a small number of assets that require approval before they can be downloaded. These will appear with a blue padlock icon beneath the asset. Before requesting access, first click on the asset and review the restrictions under the restricted use section to see if it is suitable for your needs. If you still want to request access click on the request file access button. Add your reason for requesting access and then click send request. Your request will be sent to an administrator and you will receive an email confirming if your request for that asset has been approved or denied. This may take up to one working day.
