LOGGING IN

To log in click the log in button at the top right of the homepage and enter your email and password.

Check ‘I am human’ and complete the hCaptcha.

Forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password, from the homepage, select log in and then:

• In the log in dialogue box select Forgot Password - Log in with One-Time password
• Enter the email address that you registered with
• Check ‘I am human’ and complete the hCaptcha
• Select send email

An email* will arrive in your inbox with a 6-digit one time passcode - an expiry duration for the passcode will also be noted in the email. Then:

• Copy and paste the 6-digit code into the blank field in the enter OTP dialogue box
• Check ‘I am human’ and complete the hCaptcha
• Select verify

Reset password

• Click on your initials at the top right of the homepage
• Select 'profile'
• Select 'change password'
